What we offer!
Jiu Jitsu
A self-defense based martial art originally from Japan used to expose a person’s weak points under leverage and misguided movements. While using standing techniques this is mostly a ground based martial art now considered sport utilized for submitting an opponent by exposing limbs (joint-locks) and or neck by strangulation. This is also great for controlling movement and or defending without the use of a weapon and or unnecessary violence. Great for confidence, self-esteem and exercise.
Wrestling
A sport utilized to offset an opponent’s balance by taking them from feet to back using traditional techniques, concepts and methods gravitated towards grappling and throwing exposing or by gaining top position (pin fall). Exceptional strength and conditioning for workout.
Kickboxing
Is a traditional practice and concept of striking using fists, elbows, knees and or kicking and is used according to rule set in combat sports. Great self-defense awareness, and ploy metrics workout fun for kids and adults.

Meet Coach AJ
**Coach AJ** has been a dedicated coach in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing (Muay Thai), wrestling, and grappling since 2011, working with both children and adults. His martial arts journey began at a young age, where he developed a foundation in Taekwondo, boxing, and wrestling, alongside exposure to traditional martial arts like Kung Fu, Aikido, and Karate. However, it was in 2007 that his true passion was ignited when he embarked on his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai training.
From 2009 to 2012, Coach AJ competed in MMA and Muay Thai, experiencing significant success in the ring. Unfortunately, a leg injury redirected his path from competition to coaching, where he discovered a deep admiration for teaching and mentoring others in martial arts.
Throughout his career, Coach AJ has had the privilege of training some respected individuals and teams in the sport, shaping his unique “outside-the-box” approach and his sharp eye for detail. His passion for continuous learning and improvement culminated in May 2023, when he earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Pedro Sauer Association.
Whether working with beginners or experienced practitioners, Coach AJ is committed to inspiring and guiding his students toward self-improvement and personal growth. His goal is to help others, regardless of age or skill level, on their journey toward becoming the best version of themselves, both on and off the mat.
